GPA Announces a Successful Graph Expo 15

Press release from the issuing company

Chicago, IL – GPA proudly announces they had a successful GRAPH EXPO 15, where they exhibited in Chicago from September 13-16. With the support of Fedrigoni Group, GPA reinforced their position as the market leader in providing substrates and support to the HP Indigo, toner digital, wide format and offset markets. During the show, GPA participated in partner events, showcased their latest product offerings, and met with prospects and current customers to share how GPA’s products and services can help them become more profitable and efficient.

GPA was again the exclusive substrate sponsor of the PrintMediaCentr Printerverse™, whose booth was a fun environment for print professionals that mixed education, networking and play. Key members of GPA’s team served as panelists on a variety of Printerverse™ discussions, which ranged in focus from profitability, bookmaking, digital printing and more. The intergalactic theme of the Printerverse™ was punctuated with alien headbands printed on GPA’s Ultra Digital® 130# Matte Cover with Scodix treatment, die cut by Highcon laser technology. Printerverse™ visitors could also send a photo postcard home made from GPA’s Ultra Digital® 8 pt. White C1S Tag Pressure Sensitive Paper.

Outside of the Printerverse™, GPA’s substrates were seen in action throughout the show floor. Xerox featured their new ExtendedColor Gamut (ECG) technology of their iGen 5 Press using GPA’s Ultra Digital® Kiss Cut Labels. Zünd showcased the potential of pairing high-quality substrates with innovative cutting technology by running live equipment demonstrations on GPA’s Ultra Digital® 12 pt. White Matte C1S Board, producing samples featuring famous Chicago landmarks. GPA also created
t-shirts live in their booth using their Ultra Digital® Heat Transfer Paper to give away to attendees. This demonstration showed how quick and easy it is to create custom apparel and accessories in-house with this user-friendly substrate.

GPA demonstrated their reinforced commitment to the toner digital community with the presence of Craig Surette, GPA’s new Toner Fusion Market Director. Throughout the show, Craig engaged with many attendees to answer their questions and introduce them to substrates made specifically for their press technology.

Throughout the show, GPA had a strong presence andhighlighted their latest developments in different market segments. Attendees with wide format press equipment explored GPA’s latest printed samples and newly expanded offering of substrates for wide format presses. GPA also showcased their comprehensive product offering for HP Indigo 10000 presses, and shared with attendees who either own or are considering purchasing this press endless ways to push this press technology to the limit by using GPA’s substrates. Users of desktop and laser printers stopped by to learn more about GPA’s new Multi-Purpose Product Catalog, which features a collection of specialty labels and substrates specifically for everyday printing technology.
