North Kingstown, Rhode Island - Toray Plastics (America), Inc., has hired Joseph Chandrl as a Business Manager in the Lumirror® Polyester Film Division.  Chandrl will be responsible for the management and growth of industrial and packaging business among current and new customers in the Southeast.

Chandrl brings to the position nearly a decade of packaging and industrial film industry experience. He earned an MBA in 2005 from Illinois State University, where he also did his undergraduate studies.
