Customer Communications Management Veteran to Play Key Role in Expanding Prinova Services to Global Customers and Partners

Toronto, ON - Prinova Inc., a leader in developing and delivering innovative software and services within the Customer Communications Management (CCM) market, today announced that John Nitti has been appointed to Vice President, Services. Nitti joins Prinova with more than 25 years of professional services and sales experience in the enterprise software and services industry. He will lead and direct the Service Delivery group for Prinova’s new and existing customer deployments.

Prior to joining Prinova, Nitti led Professional Services for several software companies. In 2002 he joined Exstream Software (now an HP company) as VP of Professional Services. He played several key roles in management for Exstream in Customer Delivery as well as head of Sales for Diversified Services. His most recent role was as Senior Vice President of Global Sales for Saggezza, a global technology solution provider.
