Sticky Media wins tailor-made Roland DG prize

Press release from the issuing company

Roland DG are delighted to announce that Sticky Media is the lucky winner of the Sign & Digital UK visitor prize draw. The UK-based company has won a tailor made print package; the Lightbar RF-640 and a full set of inks alongside a year’s Partner Solution Warranty.

Sticky Media – based in Warwickshire – is a diverse advertising, signage and graphics provider that produces high quality indoor and outdoor promotional applications, vehicle graphics and shop-fittings. The company’s broad range of clients ranges from local companies to national blue-chips such as Alton Towers. Charlie Bukovets, Sticky Media’s Managing Director, explains what winning the prize means for the business:

“It was a bit of a shock! We’re obviously delighted to have won, we actually attended Sign & Digital UK to investigate new, diversifying printing technology, so it feels a little like fate. We can’t wait for the installation date, the low running costs mean our Lightbar RF-640 is the ideal solution for our high volume of automotive graphics.”

The Lightbar series boasts the ability to product detailed, vivid and eye-catching prints that are instantly usable and immediately durable – with no degassing time required, the Lightbar is the perfect machine for a print shop with short turnaround times. Lower running costs making it even more desirable – allowing Sticky Media to expand further into the vehicle wrap industry with ease.

Mat Drake, Commercial Print Business Manager, adds: “This initiative was a fantastic way to engage with visitors at Sign & Digital UK. The prize inspired many creative discussions with visitors about how Roland DG’s machines can add great value to their industries. Charlie and the Sticky Media team have a very dynamic approach and we know they will maximise the opportunity the Lightbar RF-640 package offers their business.”
