Facilitated by Dr. Ann Bowers-Evangelista, business consultant, executive coach, and President of Llumos, LLC, PPC’s Women’s Leadership conference will provide female leaders in the folding carton industry the opportunity to share common experiences and best practices, and participate in structured learning sessions in order to develop strategies for continued success in the industry.
 
“Although women leaders in the manufacturing sector have made great strides over the past few decades, obstacles still remain,” said Kim Guarnaccia, PPC’s Director of Marketing and staff liaison to the conference steering committee. “The Women’s Leadership Conference will provide a unique opportunity for female PPC members to have an open dialogue about these important issues.”
 
The program will highlight the female leadership experience and identify obstacles and best practices for success. It will also include:
