Press release from the issuing company

Clevedon, UK - On the 16th of September 2015 from 10am-7pm Roland DG will be pioneering their first Better Business Experience Day; an event held at the Roland DG HQ in Clevedon to inspire, teach and motivate veteran, new and potential Roland DG users, with a focus on print and print-and-cut technology.

With multiple workshops, seminars and opportunities for hands-on time with a fantastic variety of industry experts, from software to printing and wrapping to laminating, the aim of the day is to provide attendees with a complete picture of what can be done with wide format print.

Roland DG experts will be on hand to answer any questions that you have about all of the technology on display while Academy & Creative Centre Manager, Joe Wigzell will be running two Intermediate Digital Print workshops for attendees looking for tips & tricks and how to get the best results from VersaWorks. Print Product Manager, Mark Elvidge will be demonstrating the main features and workflow advantages of our new RIP for Mac OSX; Rolandprintstudio and the RolandCare team of will be offering short training sessions on machine maintenance and management, after all, as the manufacturer, nobody knows a Roland like we do.

Alongside Roland DG’s contributions, delegates will have the opportunity to meet experts from Corel, Vivid Laminating, Lightbar, Adventa and Tecna UK on the day, with a series of mini demonstrations and FAQ sessions that will provide you with a wealth of information to take away.  Wrapping guru James Deacon will be present, displaying his vehicle wrapping skills and answering any questions on the wrapping industry, and Roland User ‘Big Pete’ Colman will be on hand to share his experiences using Roland DG technology to build a profitable business.

Says Rob Golenowski, Sales Support Manager, “We’re thrilled to be hosting our first Roland-led event in our head office, allowing full creative control to achieve exactly what our customers and future customers deserve – a day full of inspiration, knowledge and ideas that they can then go away with and apply to their own businesses.”

The Creative Centre, where all the event will be held, can be viewed prior to attendance through our Creative Centre Virtual Tour, and attendees will be able to get a taste of what our European Creative Centres can offer through our Virtual Reality headsets on the day.
