New robust, wide format tools position Virtual Systems as a top competitor in the print estimate marketplace

Press release from the issuing company

Bellevue, WA – Building on their powerful web based software for printers and mailers, the Virtual Systems team is pleased to announce the release of two new distinct tools for wide format printers in their flagship product Midnight.

With the addition of the Cost Plus and Square Foot Matrix tools, wide format printers are now able to estimate and invoice jobs with a streamlined user interface that minimizes up front work and allows invoices to be created with less time and hassle than ever before.

“We’ve created the easiest wide format estimating tool on the market today”, comments President Chris Huber. “We've taken the time to really think through the user experience and shed the overcomplicated ways of estimating that we’ve seen in the past. Now, the estimating process is streamlined and focused on what you really need.”

With the addition of wide format specific estimating, Midnight now positions itself to be one of the most robust print estimating tools on the market. David Torres, a Process Engineer and Wide Format Printing Specialist comments “the ability to serve both large printers and small sign shops is a key factor in what we see as our role in creating a new top competitor in the print estimating marketplace.”
