On behalf of Grafotronic, Matik, Inc. presents several new developments at the Labelexpo Europe, booth 11A41, from September 29-October 2 that will be the solution to many common finishing machine problems.

DCL SERIES

The new Grafotronic DCL-SERIES is the most versatile digital converting line on the market. The new semi-rotary die cutting system is ideal for short run digital finishing. It is a fully modular digital label finishing system that can expand in the future as your needs change. The DCL also has a rotary mode for high speed production of blanks in 220 m/min or pre-printed labels in 180 m/min.

The DCL has many options including; cold foil/laminations, flexo printing front & back, New non-stop buffer, New non-stop semi-turrett rewind with auto-cut & auto-start to name a few.

SERVO R-SERIES

The newly updated SERVO R-SERIES is a label re-inspection system can be configured for many applications, manual with strobe, video system, or the Pharma applications with 100% inspection This compact machine has a high speed servo buffer that allows re-inspection upto 200 m/min. Virtually non-stop production can be achieved with the semi-automatic turret rewinder and with the servo option all materials can be run from mono film to cardboard. With the web guide and tension system as well as the quick stop and easy-to-use splice table this machine is one of the most productive re-inspection systems on the market. 

HI-SERIES

The Grafotronic HI-Series is one of the most popular inspection machines globally due to its small footprint, short web buffer system and high performance. With 100 percent inspection, the horizontal inspection machine is also equipped with the new Grafotronic automatic knife positioning system. The built-in roll loader and slide version control panel makes the HI Series more user-friendly and productive. The inspection machine is fully servo driven and every aspect has been designed to enhance productivity including a maximum machine speed of 300 m/min. 

CLD MODULAR SERIES

Also being shown in Grafotronic booth 11A41, will be the new CLD-SERIES which is a module based die cutting machine with new quick change features on every part, from rewind to unwind. The modules available are in categories of unwinding, printing, rotary die cutting, rewinding, sheeting and special. The CLD offers a web width of 280mm-530mm, and an unwind diameter of 750mm-1000mm.
