Press release from the issuing company

MISSION VIEJO, Calif. - Franchise Services Inc. (FSI), which includes the Sir Speedy, PIP and Signal Graphics franchise brands, announced today it has entered into an agreement with ZVerse Inc., the leader in 2D to 3D print automation software, design services, and best in-class full color 3D printing. LAYR content creation applications from ZVerse make 3D printing accessible for small businesses, corporations, advertising firms and promotional product companies around the world.

Under the new agreement, Sir Speedy, PIP, and Signal Graphics Franchisees will offer custom, 3D printed promotional products, signs, event marketing pieces, and architectural models from ZVerse to their customers. With the LAYR 2D to 3D content creation platform, Franchisees will have a turnkey solution for 3D printing.

"Our Franchisees are excited to partner with ZVerse to offer 3D printing services. ZVerse's easy-to-use LAYR technology enables our franchisees to offer high-value, high-margin custom printed 3D solutions to their customers," said Kelly Kimberlin, Vice President of Business Development, Franchise Services, Inc. "They will be able to upload a customer's 2D image file, produce a fully print ready 3D file from LAYR, and have a fully customized 3D printed order, all within a few days. Their 3D print solutions surpass anything in 3D printing we've looked at in recent years."

"We are thrilled to work with FSI's full-service printing and marketing franchise locations," said Kevin Maloney, Chief Marketing Officer, ZVerse Inc. "Globally, FSI brands have a history of leadership in printing, signs, promotional products and event marketing services. We look forward to adding value to franchisees with our 3D print applications."
