Adobe Hires Scott Braut as Head of Content

SAN JOSE, Calif. - Adobe today announces Scott Braut as head of content to drive overall content strategy and operations for its Creative Cloud business.

News highlights:

  • Braut is a well-known leader in the content space.  Most recently, he served as vice president of content for Shutterstock.  He has over 20 years of combined experience in content licensing, product development, e-commerce and digital media.
  • Braut will lead how Adobe acquires content through various partnerships and business development.  He is responsible for growing Adobe’s collection of photos, illustrations, video and other creative assets, while supporting the artists who create that content.
  • Content is a strategic area of growth and focus for Adobe as it builds a growing, strategic creative marketplace.  The company recently launched Adobe Stock, the industry’s first stock content service to be integrated directly into the content creation process and the tools creatives use every day.
