Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania - Printing Industries of America is pleased to announce that Jim Kyger, Assistant Vice President of Human Relations, will present Identifying New and Qualified Employees for a Changing Printing Industry at GRAPH EXPO 15, September 13–16, in Chicago.

Jim originally joined Printing Industries of America in 1988. He is responsible for all Human Relations activity and answers HR-related member questions at Printing Industries of America.

Jim’s seminar will be particularly beneficial to Presidents, Vice Presidents, CFOs, Directors, HR professionals, and anyone responsible for recruiting and staffing development programs.

Identifying New and Qualified Employees for a Changing Printing Industry
Tuesday, September 15, 2:00 p.m.–3:30 p.m.

This session will provide tips and tricks for candidate sourcing and recruiting millennials. Jim will also discuss best practices for general recruiting approaches, evaluation and selection; the candidate experience; and retention. This program has been pre-approved for 1.5 General HRCI E-Learning credits, which means that this program has met the HR Certification Institute’s criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit. It does not however, mean an endorsement of the program by HRCI.

Printing Industries of America will be at GRAPH EXPO 15 booth #3802 with a rotating panel of experts, industry resources, and exciting giveaways.
