York Container Purchases New Corrugraph Press from KBA

May 12, 2004 -- York Container Company of York, Pennsylvania, has purchased a multicolour KBA Corrugraph flexo press with inline rotary die-cutter to enhance its graphic capability and manufacturing capacity. The Corrugraph is a 1676 x 3,000mm (66” x 118”) high board line format press housed in a fixed frame, open architecture design and is fully servo driven in all sections. The machine offers the flexibility to produce multicolour, direct printed graphics, coatings and inline die cutting in a single pass on a wide range of corrugated substrates. Basic features include vacuum transport, quick anilox changeover, ergonomic touch-screen controls, ink management, multi-job storage, automatic set-up of printing parameters and KBA’s unique networked CPU machine-based control system.
