MEI presents smart, cloud-based workflow solutions at spring tradeshows

Jenkintown, PA -? The Managing Editor Inc. (MEI) team has had an active spring conference season, attending several major publishing conferences throughout the United States. MEI ran a promotional booth at HOW Conference in Chicago, the CRMA conference in Dallas, and PePcon, which took place in MEI’s backyard of Philadelphia. MEI also sent members of their sales team to attend the Henry Stewart DAM conference in New York City.

“These conferences provided MEI with a fantastic opportunity to connect with the creative teams who are producing content day-in and day-out,” said Will Steuber, marketing director of MEI. “They also help us get the word out about our high-level workflow solutions to the design and production community.”

Interested attendees were able to learn more about some of the latest improvements the MEI development team has made to TruEdit™ and MEI Portico™. In addition, MEI showed off some of their popular affiliate software like Elvis DAM and WoodWing Enterprise.

PePcon in particular was a fantastic experience for MEI, as it took place near MEI’s headquarters and allowed for a personal experience with designers that make up a large user base of Adobe® InDesign® and Digital Publishing Suite®. MEI sponsored a breakfast presentation as Brett Kizner, director of product management, and Bob Levine, known as “The InDesign Guy,” discussed cloud-based workflow and demonstrated some of TruEdit’s collaborative features and latest improvements.

“PePcon is always a great opportunity to learn about what the creative community cares about and needs,” commented Kizner. “As a sponsor, we showcased some of the exciting new features we have on the horizon. TruEdit’s user experience has never been better, and we look forward to having more designers benefit from our solutions.”

MEI is planning to continue their conference attendance in the fall and look forward to presenting exciting, new TruEdit and Portico features to the public in the near future.
