Press release from the issuing company

NORTH MANKATO, Minn. – Taylor Corp., one of the U.S.’s largest privately held companies and one of the top 10 graphics communications companies in North America, today announced that Deb Taylor has been named chief executive officer. Company founder Glen Taylor will remain chairman of the board.

“Taylor Corporation is a large and diversified business,” said Glen Taylor. “When Deb joined the company more than four years ago, I knew that she would learn our business quickly. She has also demonstrated a practical approach to leadership that is consistent with our principles yet reflects her unique gifts. I look forward to seeing Taylor Corp. continue to thrive under her leadership.”

“I am humbled by Glen’s confidence in me and excited about where our organization is headed,” said Deb Taylor. “I am fortunate to have the support of a very talented and committed team of more than 9,000 employees. While change and consolidation are a constant in our industry, one thing remains unchanged: our focus on meeting our customers’ needs today and into the future.”
