Press release from the issuing company

Screen Americas is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Schlimme to the position of Director of Marketing. Schlimme will be responsible for all marketing initiatives promoting Screen’s growing portfolio of inkjet print solutions. Screen’s production-class inkjet engines provide dynamic digital print for nearly all segments of the market – from wide-format to high-speed roll-fed to roll-fed label inkjet printers. He reports to Ken Ingram, vice president of sales and marketing.

“The promotion of Mark Schlimme underscore’s Screen’s commitment to business opportunities and to customer needs,” Ingram said. “At his most recent position with Screen, Mark successfully built a foundation for the future and excelled at implementing what is, and will continue to be, a key channel to support the company. Mark’s inkjet experience and approach to marketing that emphasizes direct, personalized communication with existing and new customers will allow Screen to build on recent sales momentum.”

As part of Screen’s strategy to deliver high-quality inkjet print solutions, the company has launched significant new solutions for commercial, direct mail, signage, décor, label and packaging, digital book publishing and other professional applications. Schlimme’s well-planned marketing campaigns will take the Screen message straight to ideal customers.

Schlimme came to Screen in 2014 as product manager for wide-format inkjet printing systems, bringing to the company deep knowledge of the digital printing industry from former sales, marketing and management positions with major equipment manufacturers.
