alfa media takes off in North America

Press release from the issuing company

Frankfurt, Germany - alfa media has announced plans for the American launch of its Media Suite of software products through its sister company alfa CTP, which is based in Tewksbury Massachusetts.

Media Suite has been hugely successful in Europe where its format independent approach has helped publishers redefine themselves across all modern media platforms. The system is defined by its flexibility both in terms of its modularity and its ability to run either on local servers or in a cloud based architecture.  But more than that, it is a system that allows publishers to maximize existing forms, while creating an environment for the development of and presentation of new content with new target readers and advertisers, across all media platforms.

This new initiative will be spearheaded by Paul Norton who was recently appointed as the VP of sales and marketing. “Newspaper and magazine publishers know that it can no longer be business as usual, they have to find creative ways to expand what they do, to both increase readership and drive new sources of advertising.”

Seeking to develop customer relationships based upon an open sharing and testing of ideas, alfa aims to empower its customers to rebuild their brands and reassert their status as the preeminent voice of their communities.

Just north of the border alfa media recently completed a ground-breaking installation at La Presse in Montreal and very soon La Presse will cooperate with the Toronto Star on a new and exciting project using alfa media software.
