Register Print Group/Regency Display Win at GlobalShop

Press release from the issuing company

Clifton, NJ—Register Print Group/Regency Display proudly announced that the 2014 TRANSFORMERS Feature Shop and Archway, created in partnership with Hasbro and Toys“R”Us® to celebrate the release of TRANSFORMERS: Age of Extinction and draw attention to the new assortment of products at retail, received the 2015 “Choice Award” as voted by industry attendees as their favorite display at the annual GlobalShop trade show in Las Vegas. The TRANSFORMERS Feature Shop and Archway also won “Gold” award in the Temporary Specialty Retailers and Services category and was included in the “Top 5 Displays” of the year.

The Point of Purchase Advertising International (POPAI) annual Outstanding Merchandising Achievement (OMA) Awards Competition recognizes the most innovative and effective in-store and point of purchase displays. More than 500 entries from 90 companies were judged in 27 categories, and a total of 219 awards were presented at GlobalShop 2015—the world’s largest annual trade show and conference dedicated to store design, visual merchandising and shopper marketing. Entries were evaluated based on the display’s ability to increase sales, obtain retail placements and work strategically to position the brand at the point of sale.

“It is a true honor to be recognized by our colleagues, competitors and GlobalShop attendees – all of whom are talented peers whose work we admire – as the winner of the 2015 OMA ‘Choice Award’,” said Joe Fishman, President of Register Print Group. “It is a testament to how we’re viewed in the industry, and we celebrate this with our entire team, from sales and design, through production and fulfillment, as well as our terrific colleagues at Hasbro and Toys“R”Us.”

“We couldn’t be more pleased that our incredibly dynamic artwork, impactful design and unique schematic – a true reflection of our successful partnerships with Register Print Group/Regency Display and Hasbro – have received such illustrious honors,” said Simon Cartey, Vice President, Store Planning and Design, Toys“R”Us, U.S.

“Taking home a ‘Gold’ and then having the TRANSFORMERS display chosen as one of the ‘Top 5 Displays’ of the year was further affirmation that Register Print Group provides effective promotional solutions, which deliver outstanding visual impact and strategic brand positioning,” added Mr. Fishman.

Register Print Group is honored to have received these awards and looks forward to continue serving its clients with in-store signage, display, litho label and packaging needs. Register Print Group’s commitment to professionalism, combined with its hallmark personal touch and distinctive creative flair, make them the place to come for results-driven, in-store marketing solutions.
