Monday, May 18, 2015

Press release from the issuing company

Business communication specialist Banner Managed Communication (BMC) today announced a 3-year contract renewal with Gala Leisure Limited (GLL), the UK’s largest bingo operator.

The agreement is expected to generate around £8.4m of work over the life of the contract. It will see BMC provide GLL with a range of outsourced marketing services including print management, artworking and creative services and technology solutions. The latter includes BMC’s market-leading digital asset management and a bespoke MRM system, ‘ClubHub’, which enables the clubs to produce personalised marketing campaigns in a real-time basis.

The relationship will be serviced by an on-site team, which includes print managers, designers and artworkers.

Jamie Brough, Head of Procurement at Gala Leisure, said:

“We have worked with BMC for three years during which time they have demonstrated all the key qualities we look for in a supplier. They have proved extremely willing to embrace change and to adapt our preferred ways of working, such the introduction of a fully open book commercial basis for the relationship.

High quality marketing services, together with the innovative technology solutions that BMC has helped us implement across our estate over recent years, are absolutely critical to our business. The award of this new contract confirms our confidence in BMC’s ability to continue delivering to the high level we demand.”

Catherine Burke, CEO of Banner Managed Communication commented:

“Winning new clients is great - but retaining them is even better. Gala Leisure is the latest in a string of recent contract renewals for BMC, which confirms that we continue to deliver to the very highest standards in the always-competitive outsourcing market.

Our truly integrated marketing communications solutions, underpinned by a relentless focus on providing top-notch account management support, is clearly resonating with clients.”

Today’s announcement follows the recent news that BMC has, for the third consecutive year, been recognised in The IAOP® Global Outsourcing 100 rankings.
