Press release from the issuing company

GMC Inspire chosen for its advanced end-to-end automation

GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM) and output management, today announced that Mail Handling Services, a division of Mail Handling Group, a provider of integrated marketing solutions for more than 30 years, has chosen GMC Inspire to streamline its customer communication processes. The company anticipates GMC Inspire will make it possible to get to market 75 percent faster with its variety of critical customer communications.

“GMC Inspire is an end-to-end solution that will make it possible for us to achieve significant efficiencies in our production workflow,” said Todd Tuma, director of technical services for Mailing Handling Services. “We produce highly customized direct mail that often involves multiple versions and variations, making each single piece unique to the recipient. Data drives the content and design so GMC Inspire’s ability to consolidate to a single production run using multiple native data sources is a huge benefit to us.”

Key drivers in the decision to adopt GMC Inspire are its graphical user interface, PDF workflow and the ability to create customized communications of any type across multiple channels. Planning on adding new digital equipment to its portfolio, Mailing Handling Services also selected GMC Inspire for its ability to support a unified production environment that eliminates multiple check points in the communications process, allowing for a seamless workflow from customer to output.

“As a leader in the direct marketing industry, Mailing Handling Services offers innovative marketing solutions that dramatically increase response rates and drive revenue to the bottom line,” said Richard Lloyd, vice president, service providers at GMC Software Technology. “The fact that GMC Inspire provides the capabilities required to accomplish Mail Handling Services’ sophisticated workflow goals truly fulfills GMC’s mission for providing a world-class customer communication management solution.”
