Doxee to introduce evolution of Cloud CCM with new Customer Experience offerings at Xploration 2015

Doxee will showcase its Interactive eDocs and Video Personalization Services 

San Jose, CA – Doxee, a leader in enterprise-class Customer Communication Management and Document Output Production solutions will unveil its latest service offerings in the CCM field at Xploration 2015  at the Wyndham Orlando Resort, Orlando, FL  from April 14 to 16.

Engaging customers with personalized, Interactive eDocs and videos to better understand bills, statements and other transactional communications is now paramount for enterprises. Users ask for relevant and personal messages delivered at the right time via the right channels. By 2017, 70% of customer communications will be digital, contextualized and consumed on demand via multiple channels, including the Web, mobile devices and social media; this is the vison Gartner forecasts for CCM in the near future.

Doxee will present Interactive eDocs, a new feature that uses innovative interactive capability to generate statements, which allow users to interact with the content of the statement. This provides enterprises a unique opportunity to provide usage information in a highly interactive graphic user interface viewable on mobile devices connected to the web, as well as offline. Doxee will be showcasing a second innovative feature as a technology demonstration: Personalized Video, a video communication service that is unique for every customer. The video sections, text and audio track are personalized providing a new customer experience.

Doxee will be welcoming prospective partners, customers and visitors at booth #100, and will conduct educational sessions: on April 14, at 2:30 PM (Salon F) Larry Zusman, Director of Marketing, Global Operations and José Macaluso, Latin America Business Development Manager for Doxee will present the value proposition of CCM in a Hosted Managed Services environment.  

Representing Doxee, Mark Maragni, North America Business Development Manager will present how Doxee offers a unique offering embracing the entire life cycle of business communications at the Speed Dating session on Wednesday April 15 at 3:55 PM (Salon C).
