DUSSELDORF, Germany--May 8, 2004-- Creo Inc. is introducing the new EverSmart Supreme II and EverSmart Select II scanners at Stand B10, Hall 4 at drupa 2004, the largest international trade show for print media production. These new scanners deliver enhanced productivity and quality coupled with an advanced archiving workflow for the most challenging needs of today's imaging professionals. Meet Tight Deadlines with High Scanning Speeds The EverSmart Supreme II performs 120 scans per hour, an increase of more than 25 percent over the previous version. The EverSmart Select II achieves 100 scans per hour, an improvement of more than 15 percent. Both models are equipped with FireWire connectivity to increase speed and incorporate true RAW 16 bit scanning and Digital Transparency, the digital archiving workflow, through the latest oXYgen scanning and image manipulation software. The EverSmart Supreme II scanner incorporates innovative scanning technologies, including XY Stitch, CCD Dynamic Cooling and MaxDR, providing high quality with maximum detail everywhere on the scanner bed, and from any original size. Both scanners offer excellent quality and outstanding performance. The EverSmart Supreme II and EverSmart Select II will replace the existing EverSmart Select and EverSmart Supreme models.
