GMC Presents New Solutions, New Practices at Xploration ‘15

GMC’s solutions foretell the future of CCM 

GMC Software Technology (GMC), the award-winning leader in Customer Communications Management (CCM) and output management will have a significant presence at Xplor International’s Xploration ‘15: the Customer Communications Conference, April 14-16 in Orlando. GMC will be showcasing its newest communications solutions at the event, participating in educational sessions and accepting its award for the 2015 Xplor Technology of the Year Award. 

As well as showing its flagship GMC Inspire enterprise communication platform, GMC will highlight three of its newest offerings in booth #103:

  • Inspire Designer - The core of the GMC Inspire platform and is used to design documents and to create templates that incorporate customer data and output personalized documents. 
  • Inspire Dynamic Communications - An interactive application that delivers an entirely new customer communication experience, bridging the gap between paper-based communications and more engaging mobile communications. Dynamic Communications is the winner of the 2015 Xplor Technology of the Year Award.
    • Inspire Interactive - An application ideal for providing customer-facing business users with the flexibility and autonomy they need to quickly handle customer service situations that require immediate action, while still ensuring compliance, tracking and auditability.

Conference attendees are invited to take advantage of GMC’s expertise in optimizing today’s cutting edge CCM solutions at these educational sessions:

  • Scott Draeger, GMC’s vice president of product management, will offer an in-depth presentation, “The Journey is the Destination: Customer Journey Maps Add Context to Documents.” This session will focus on the basic techniques of customer journey mapping will be outlined to demonstrate how a wider view can highlight errors, opportunities and insights within individual customer communications. 
  • Ahmed Al Dallal and Matthew Fredricks, both professional services technicians and developers at GMC, will lead “A Year of Designing for Digital,” exploring how to effectively move communications from print to digital formats given that channels for digital communications are increasingly vast and complex.
