Former Xerox sales executive brings extensive print industry experience 

TORONTO – Avanti Computer Systems Limited, a leading provider of Print MIS solutions, today announced that John P. Alden has been named as Vice President of Sales, leading sales and business development efforts worldwide.

Alden joined Avanti after 17 years at Xerox Corporation. While at Xerox, Alden led regional sales of digital production color presses, including the flagship iGen line, and developed extensive experience working with commercial print shops, in-plant print facilities, federal government accounts, and other clients.  “I’ve been working with the Avanti team for years thanks to Avanti’s tight integration with Xerox’s FreeFlow digital workflow collection,” stated Alden. “I’m excited to now be leading the sales team and working with our partners to drive Avanti Slingshot’s market growth.”
