Press release from the issuing company

Epicomm members will enjoy a 10% discount on services to help manage health benefits, payroll, and employee-related compliance issues.

Alexandria, Va. - Epicomm, the Association for Leaders in Print, Mail, Fulfillment, and Marketing Services, is proud to announce that Engage PEO  has joined its Member Advantage Discount Program (MADP) and will provide a full spectrum of human resources, risk management, and payroll services to association members at a 10% discount on Engage administrative fees.

“We are excited to welcome Engage to our Member Advantage Discount Program,” says Association Executive Vice President Dean D’Ambrosi. “Engage will enable our members to concentrate on building their businesses without having to worry about managing increasingly complex employee-related issues such as compliance with the Affordable Care Act, as well as workers’ compensation, payroll administration, and unemployment insurance claims.”

“Engage is delighted to join with Epicomm and offer its member companies relief as they deal with the burden of employment administration,” says Engage Chief Executive Officer Jay Starkman. “I am confident that they will find our leading HR services and experienced counsel of great benefit.”

Among the services Engage can provide Epicomm members:

  • Payroll administration, employee record management, time sheet entry, and W-2 processing.
  • Employer tax administration.
  • Workers’ compensation and risk management.
  • Economies of scale with a full suite of Fortune 500 employee benefits and fully integrated benefits solutions including major medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k) plans; life insurance; long- and short-term disability; flexible spending accounts; and accident and cancer/critical illness plans.
  • Unemployment claims management, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA regulatory compliance.
  • New hire processing and benefits enrollment.
  • Skills and competency tracking.

“Engage is solely focused on human resources and our services are delivered by a team of trained professionals?in fact, every dedicated HR manager assigned to a client is also an employment lawyer, so companies can be sure that they are compliant with ever-changing HR and benefits legislation,” says Starkman.

“By using Engage PEO, companies can minimize administrative costs and maximize efficiency,” he continues. “They can improve their employment practices, compliance, and risk management to reduce liabilities, and gain access to Fortune500 employee benefits that will allow them to be more competitive and recruit top talent.”

“We believe that the services of Engage PEO will be especially useful to our small and mid-size members who are stretched in many different management directions,” adds D’Ambrosi. “And we know first-hand the real benefits of using Engage because Epicomm is itself an Engage client.”

Engage is Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC) certified. Similar to the FDIC for banks, ESAC provides millions of dollars in bonding to back key employer responsibilities. Fewer than five percent of all Professional Employer Organizations have this accreditation.
