CMA Imaging partners to the “FESPA Print Inspiration Rally” project – with CMA COLORCLOUD

Braine l’Alleud, Belgium - CMA Imaging, a market leader in the integration of color management solutions for the printing industry, supports The FESPA Print Inspiration Rally project with its innovative web based Color Management tool: the CMA COLORCLOUD.

The FESPA Print Inspiration Rally project combines cutting edge print techniques from different market leading brands, with the aim to inspire creative print applications for interior design. The different prints are featured in a “one-off” American school bus, radically transformed into a fully functional camper - to illustrate the creative power and potential of print for the use in the design of interiors and will tour major European hubs showcasing those new print techniques to the Design professionals and community (rally.fespa.com).

The FESPA Print Inspiration Rally will feature at the upcoming FESPA 2015 in Cologne, Germany.

Standardized Colors:

CMA COLORCLOUD enabled a standardized color output of the project’s different print applications, prepared by its participating partners (from printed blinds, customized laminate flooring to LED printed wall paper).

CMA COLORCLOUD’s advanced cloud computing technology, ensures exact color matching across all devices. The application is wizard based and easy to use. It is also adaptable on all market standard RIPs and workflows, while significantly enhancing the color output quality.

Ink Save:

The special color management algorithms within CMA COLORCLOUD facilitate the reproduction of accurate colors and time saving.
The advanced calculation of the relationship between the four printing colors provides an outstanding grey balance and an overall reduction in the amount of toner or ink - used during the printing process.
