The move was prompted by GSSI's requirement for additional space to accommodate new staff and support personnel.

We were deeply restricted in our previous headquarters," said James Letzel, President and CEO of GSSI. "The new headquarters not only provides a professional meeting space for clients and suppliers, it also permits the company to further expand our client services capabilities, which includes adding multilingual sourcing personnel, experienced customer service representatives and support staff."

Located on Columbia Avenue in Aliso Viejo, GSSI's new headquarters feature product showrooms and upgrades to their networking infrastructure. Among these infrastructure improvements is a state of the art videoconferencing center that is intended to improve GSSI's response time to clients and reduce communication errors with international suppliers. This newly completed project demanded the cooperation of GSSI's supplier network and is viewed is an important capability for a business that operates on five continents.
