UK debut of Mimaki CJV300 among i-Sub Digital's Sign UK plans

Press release from the issuing company

KETTERING, UK - Print specialist i-Sub will be presenting a range of wide-format print, packaging and textile technology at the forthcoming Sign and Digital UK show, on stand E10. In addition, there will be a raft of substantial offers on all machines purchased at the show.

The stand will feature the UK debut of the new Mimaki CJV300 solvent print-and-cut unit, a smart and flexible system offering automatic print-to-cut transition, full colour, white and metallic ink, crop mark detection for accurate contour cutting, print quality of up to 1440dpi and speeds of up to 105sqm/hr.

Following successful appearances at several sign and display, packaging and trophy industry events, i-Sub Digital's exclusive Digi-Foil digital foiling system will be on show. Combining a desktop Mimaki UJF-3042HG UV printer with a heated applicator, Digi-Foil creates striking metallic, embossed, patterned and foil effects in just a few minutes. The Mimaki UJF UV inkjet printer itself is an all-in-one printing solution creating high-resolution printed graphics with the ability to produce variable data jobs when driven with SignLab RIP software.

An additional twelve months' warranty will be offered on all Mimaki solvent printers bought during Sign and Digital UK, while visitors ordering a Mimaki JFX200 or 500 UV printer will receive an additional two years' warranty (three years in total) plus £1,000 cashback or a £1,000 consumables voucher.

Purchases of Mimaki UJF UV printers will come with an additional twelve months' warranty (two years in total) while Mimaki UJF 3042HG and UJF 6042 systems sold at the show will be installed together with a free Digi-Foil system worth £700 or a free copy of SignLab RIP software which offers the ability to produce jobs incorporating variable data, worth £700.

i-Sub will also host Zünd UK on its stand, who will run a Zünd G3 digital cutting table to show the speed and ease with which signage, graphics and packaging mock-ups can be produced digitally and easily.

The textile-printing side of Sign UK will also be represented by i-Sub, who will demonstrate a Dgen Teleios Black direct-to-textile printer and a Mimaki JV300 dye-sublimation printer. Thanks to its wide colour gamut featuring true red, deep rich black and royal purple, the Teleios Black is popular choice for soft signage printers, while the Mimaki JV300 is ideal for sportswear and fashion manufacturers as well as sign and graphics professionals looking for photo-quality prints or speeds of up to 105sqm/hr.

Everyone that visits the i-Sub stand (E10) and leaves their contact details will also be automatically entered into a free prize draw to win a Sonos 5 wireless music system as a thank you.

"There's plenty going on at our Sign UK stand this year," says Andy Spreag, Director, i-Sub Digital. "With a range of equipment from Zünd, Dgen and Mimaki plus our exclusive Digi-Foil system we're looking forward to giving visitors to our stand lots of inspiration across the graphics sector.

"The additional offers we have available for visitors looking to make a purchase equate to great value for money on industry-leading products that will transform any production room."
