Environmentally Friendly Press Adds Offset On-Demand with One and Done Perfecting 

Columbus - Fine Line Graphics, a Columbus-based full-service commercial print, mail and fulfillment company for over 30 years, in partnership with Komori America, is pleased to announce the introduction of the Komori GL40 H-UV 8 color press to the Central Ohio regional marketplace.  Co-owners Jim Basch and Greg Davis are excited to offer this revolutionary Offset On-Demand print system that fuses KHS-AI with Komori’s unique Hybrid UV drying process that provides “One and Done” perfecting.  This new press is one of only 25 in production in the United States.

Jim and Greg went on to say, “This will enable Fine Line to deliver exacting print quality on a variety of substrates.  Delivering not only some of the highest standards in productivity with asynchronous plate changing, but also the ability to obtain stable color in the fewest possible sheets with Komori’s innovative KHS-Advance Interface software.”

Even more importantly, the “G” in “GL40” stands for Green – green for the environment.  This “eco-friendly” press offers complete consideration for the environment as no ozone is discharged in the print process.  Power consumption and heat emissions are far less than conventional UV.
