Orderprinting.com, BCT’s Web2Print solution for corporate identity print ordering, processed its 10 millionth order in late January. 

Peter Posk, BCT’s President, stated “Our web2print technology, orderprinting.com, is the most widely used in the industry. We have set up over 35,000 accounts on behalf of our distributors. Forty percent of Fortune 1000 companies use orderprinting.com^TM today to order business cards, letterhead, envelopes and a host of other corporate identity products. 

“When we developed orderprinting.com we decided on a hybrid “decentralized-cloud” model, Ben Fretti, BCT’s Sr. VP shared. “Each of our 40 plants has a technology team capable of setting up custom sites for our broker’s customers. Most corporate identity sites are up in a week or less; others in the industry take up to two months to get the same job done because they rely on remote programmers to do the job. You have to be close to your customer to be effective. The cloud based aspect is important too. When we add a function for one customer, that function is immediately available to all. With 35,000 custom sites completed we’ve come across and implemented almost every possible request.”

“We did our first significant integration with ARIBA back in 2004. Today we have thousands of integrations in place, with solutions such as Ariba, Oracle, SAP and eQuantum. The larger companies all use procurement solutions and you must be able to integrate with their existing solutions. We have the best in class team in the industry for completing front end ordering, and back end billing & reporting integrations. Most distributors don’t have this expertise, so they rely on our IT team. We have developers in the States, Peru and the Ukraine to perform these integrations,” Posk said.
