Vital Concept Ltd has been running for 8 years, Ravi Patel Managing Director says.  “We started out as a print buyer and soon brought it in house. We have a large variety of customers from start-ups to medium businesses so our large format requirements vary quite a bit. In the last 6 months we have printed banners, roll ups, exhibition displays, high gloss vinyl, window graphics, vehicle graphics, wallpaper, Posters and flags. Our large format business is increasing and it’s something we are definitely looking to expand in the next 6-12 months.”

Ravi continues, “We have the large format Roland Soljet Pro 545ex Print and Cut with Lightbar, Xerox 250 and are in the process of installing a second digital press. I was first introduced to Lightbar by a company also using the Lightbar technology called Inprint Litho based in Southampton, who highly recommended the technology but more importantly CSL for their service and customer care.

We made a decision quite quickly, after doing some research about the technology and speaking to Stewart at CSL, within 3 weeks we had our printer installed. The main thing that attracted us to the Lightbar technology was the output levels, cost savings on ink and ability to not have to laminate external graphics. Our production cost and time is lower and the technology uses less ink and saves us finishing time. Our clients love the results and quality which is a win for us.”

Ravi concludes, “We are looking to upgrade to a larger Lightbar printer in the near future which will increase our production output even more. The Lightbar has been our greatest purchase. It has given us fantastic output and helped grow our business in the right direction.”
