Arandell Undergoes First Major Interior Remodel In Over 34 Years

Press release from the issuing company

Menomonee Falls, WI - Arandell Corporation is undertaking its first major interior remodel in over 34 years. The office remodel project will happen in phases throughout the coming years and will include an environmentally responsible design, feature open spaces to enhance collaboration, optimize natural lighting throughout the entire office, improve traffic patterns, and provide the technological infrastructure to support a more productive work environment.

Arandell has partnered with workspace solution and design experts, Creative Business Interiors to help transform the office interior to a modern facility. The first phase of this multi-year remodel will start with a major facelift to an existing break room and restrooms. Upon completion in late spring, the space will include a larger state-of-the-art break room and updated restrooms for all Arandell associates and visitors to use and enjoy.

“Our main goal in this remodel is to achieve a more welcoming and efficient workplace for our associates and introduce our clients, vendors and visitors alike to the corporate identity of Arandell,” stated Brad Hoffman, president and chief executive officer. “This is an exciting time for our company and team. We are growing and changing, making improvements both aesthetically with an office remodel as well as to our systems and processes that support our company’s strategic plan,” affirmed Hoffman.

The last major update Arandell underwent was in 2007 with a building expansion, adding a 106,596 square foot addition to the existing plant. Currently Arandell has two separate break rooms, which is how it was originally designed when the building was erected. The company’s objective of the new shared break room is to “break down the walls” between the plant and office to create one inviting space for all 600+ associates to gather and share during their breaks.

As a company, Arandell commemorated the kick-off of the remodel by inviting all associates to join Hoffman and the leadership team in a Block Breaking Ceremony. This is the beginning of many phases to come as Arandell plans to improve the entire office layout including the main lobby, client lounges, conference rooms, executive suites and workstations.

As Arandell continues to grow, the focus of the company is about making the space work for their team culture while reflecting their brand message of “Going beyond”. Arandell hopes that by investing back in the infrastructure of the company internally, associates
