Classic’s Business Analyst Team Announces Onboarding of Jay Radford

Press release from the issuing company

Charlotte, NC – Classic Graphics, one of the largest privately held commercial printing companies in the Southeast announced the onboarding of Jay Radford, Project Manager/Business Analyst.

Prior to his role at Classic, Radford worked at AAA of the Carolinas, Wells Fargo, and TIAA-CREF. Radford attended UNC-Charlotte where he earned his degree in English.  As Project Manager/Business Analyst for Classic, Jay will be responsible for leading technology projects and process improvement initiatives that provide measurable value to clients.

“So many things in life are hard to measure; software being one of the hardest,” explained Radford. “Ones and zeroes are everywhere now, yet imperceptibly small.  The work we do at Classic changes that; making the imperceptible known and the invisible seen.  The solutions that we provide to clients enable them to do so much: from fulfillment to mailing to all things print.  Our clients are more successful with the custom solutions that we provide.  I get to measure that success in smiles every day and for that I’m proud to be a part of Classic.”

“Jay’s excellent communication skills, drive to exceed customer expectations, and breadth of experience made him the perfect addition to our team,” said Ed Brown, Business Analyst Team Member who hired Radford.  “His friendly personality and willingness to share his time and knowledge have earned him instant respect.”

Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending time with his family, learning new skills, and participating in civic, entrepreneurial, and technology focused events.
