NPOA Conference Agenda Completed, Printer’s Plan Users Group to Co-Locate With Orlando Conference
The program will include a slate of dynamic presenters who will offer real-world solutions and practical information that quick and small commercial print industry attendees can use to build their businesses.
“This conference agenda was put together by printers for printers,” said NPOA Executive Director John Stewart. “We have made every attempt to make certain that the information will be both practical and actionable for the quick and small commercial printers who attend.”
An addition to this year’s conference program is the optional Printer’s Plan Users Group session on Thursday April 16 prior to that evening’s official conference opening welcome reception sponsored by Ricoh.
After Friday opening remarks and a continental breakfast sponsored by Accuzip, the educational program will begin with “YOUR Business, YOUR Conference ,YOUR Way” by noted author, speaker, and business coach Lisa Marie Platske of Upside Thinking Inc. Next on the program will be “Would You Buy From YOU?” by Ryan Sauers of Sauers Consulting Strategies, an integrated marketing communications and consulting firm.
The morning sessions will be followed by the popular One Minute Mastermind Luncheon sponsored by Printer’s Plan. After lunch, Gina Testa, VP of Graphic Communications at Xerox will explore marketing trends in the quick and small commercial printing industry. Ryan Sauers returns next with "Make T.I.M.E. work for you", followed by another session by Lisa Marie Platske, “Networking: Connections to Cash”. After a break sponsored by Printers Presence day one will wrap up with the “Partners in Profit” Supplier Showcase.
Saturday’s sessions will kick off with a breakfast presentation “How to Be a Profit Leader” by industry guru Larry Hunt and sponsored by Marketing Ideas for Printers. That presentation will be followed by "Profit Leaders Unleashed," a panel of Profit Leaders moderated by NPOA Executive Director John Stewart. Panelists will include million-dollar plus firms, each ranking in the top 15% of the industry in terms of profits. The morning will conclude with an industry luncheon sponsored by FastSigns.
The program will continue with “Niches for Revenue” by Clif Hilderley and sponsored by EZ-VDP and a two part session on wide-format by consultant Skip Grant of Skip Grant Productions. The sessions will conclude with "Pick Your Partners," a presentation and panel on Peer Groups moderated by consultant Mitch Evans, followed by a brief wrap-up session and closing remarks.
