Change to Supervisory Board at Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG

Press release from the issuing company

There has been a change to the shareholder representatives on the Supervisory Board of Heidelberger Druckmaschinen AG (Heidelberg). Due to corporate governance guidelines, Lone Fønss Schrøder (54) resigned her Supervisory Board mandate at her own request and has stepped down from the Supervisory Board after almost four years as of January 31, 2015.

On February 2, 2015, the Mannheim Court of Registration appointed Kirsten Lange (48) from Voith Hydro’s Management Board as her successor. Since September 2012, Lange has been Member of the Management Board of Voith Hydro in charge of Business Development, which covers service business, automation, and plant engineering. Prior to this, she spent over 20 years in managerial positions with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and was primarily involved in international machine and plant construction projects.

“The Supervisory Board would like to thank Lone Fønss Schrøder for her valuable support and cooperation over the past few years,” said Heidelberg Chairman of the Supervisory Board Robert J. Koehler. “We are also delighted to welcome an experienced senior executive in the shape of Kirsten Lange. Her wide-ranging knowledge in the mechanical engineering sector will bring us significant added value,” he continued.
