Transactional documents that are in print and COLD formats can now be loaded into Oracle repositories via a validated solution

Toronto, ON – Crawford Technologies, a Gold level member of Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), today announced it has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of PRO Transform Plus Version 3.0 with Oracle WebCenter Content 11g. Now virtually any collection of electronic documents, including high value financial reports, transactional statements, invoices, customer letters, etc., can be committed to an Oracle repository via an integrated process. Once in Oracle WebCenter Content, because reports have been loaded as usable content, Enterprise Content Management (ECM) tools such as business process management and analytics can now be utilized.

To achieve Oracle Validated Integration, Oracle partners are required to meet a stringent set of requirements that are based on the needs and priorities of the customers. CrawfordTech PRO Transform Plus supports a wide range of print and Computer Output Laser Disk (COLD) document formats including AFP, Line data, HP PCL, PostScript, Xerox LCDS/Metacode, and others. It can commit documents into fully text-searchable PDF output, including PDF/A Archive and PDF/UA Accessible Document formats.
