I.O. Technologies and Markzware Announce New Courseware at Drupa

LAS VEGAS, NV May 4, 2004 – Following through on their commitment announced at Graph Expo last year, Markzware and I.O Technologies LLC are releasing their first on-line training course on May 1st, in time for Drupa. This unique training program offers in depth preflight training from industry experts Eric Kenly and Bob Monte of I.O Technologies and step by step training on FlightCheck 5 from Doug Rosen and other experts at Markzware. “We are pleased to meet our initial deadline with state of the art training to support our leading edge products” said Patrick Marchese, Founder and CEO of Markzware. “We plan to produce advanced training in PDF and Quark preflighting as well as expanding the training to include other languages” continued Marchese. The FlightCheck Basic Training program is linked to ollé? InfoFind, an interactive glossary and lexicon connecting the training to a database of quick reference terms containing over 12,000 references of which 50% are illustrated or animated. ollé InfoFind is completely indexed and searchable. “Each of the FlightCheck programs contains basic processed focus education coupled with in-depth training on the FlightCheck software,” said Richard Burke, COO of I.O. Technologies. “This first program includes a solid introduction to preflight coupled with complete step-by-step training on the use of FlightCheck with Adobe InDesign,” continued Burke.
