BCT Scores High Marks in 2014 Trade Printer Supplier Rankings

Friday, January 09, 2015

Press release from the issuing company

Print Solutions and Print + Promo magazines, the trade publications for Print Brokers and Distributors, each released their 2014 Top Trade Printer Supplier rankings. Based on annual sales volume, BCT ranked 1st in the Commercial Print Category (Print + Promo magazine), 1st in the Digital Commercial Printing Category (Print Solutions magazine) and 2nd in the Commercial Offset Print Category (Print Solutions magazine).

Peter Posk, BCT’s President, shared “we are very pleased to have been recognized as a leader in several print categories again this year. Our footprint of 37 locations throughout North America gives us the advantage of being geographically close to our print reseller customers - personal relationships count. Also our web2print technology, orderprinting.com®, is the most widely used in the industry. We have set up over 35,000 accounts on behalf of our distributors. This month we will pass 10 million orders processed through our solution.”

Mark Kilchenman, co-owner of BCT Minnesota and Wisconsin, two operations that have consistently posted strong growth over the years, cited several reasons for their successful track record. “First and foremost, we make it easy for our customers to do business with us. We bring knowledge, experience, friendliness and a creative/ positive attitude with all our accounts. This starts with a live person answering the phone and a “can do” approach in every department. We have also invested heavily in digital technology and provide a broad and diverse product line of high quality digital products. We genuinely care for and enjoy our customers and do everything we can to help them succeed.”

Sounds really good, and I congratulate BCT, but we have not been happy with the service, or lack there of from them in Dallas for some time now.
