Roland DG Awarded Investors In People Silver Standard

Press release from the issuing company

Roland DG is pleased to announce it has achieved Investors In People (IIP) Silver Standard status, after passing the accreditation assessment with flying colours late in 2014.

Says Jerry Davies, Managing Director, Roland DG (UK). “This is another great achievement for Roland DG and I’m very proud to be leading a company that places such importance on its employees. People are the most important asset in any business. They are a company’s heartbeat and define its culture, its relationship with customers and ultimately, its success.

“The whole team at Roland DG is passionate about what they do and what they can bring to the business and this IIP certification is timely recognition of all the enthusiasm, dedication and talent delivered by each employee, every day.”

Investors in People (IIP) is an internationally recognised framework designed to help businesses improve their performance across the board. The certification focuses on assessing a range of business-critical topics, ensuring there is a clearly defined business strategy understood by all employees, processes for knowledge sharing and developing individuals beyond their specific job role.

Concludes Davies: “In just a couple of years we’ve worked our way through the Core and Bronze IIP Standards, and now we have achieved Silver status. But the job doesn’t stop here. We will continue over the coming months to build on this and make Roland DG the best possible place to work.  The awarding of the IIP Silver Standard topped off a great 2014 for the company, and we go into 2015 brimming with confidence and everything we need to make this year our best year – an amazing new HQ, an unrivalled portfolio of products and an outstanding team.
