Albany, NY - Velocity Print Solutions has partnered with Renewable Choice Energy to support the growth of renewable energy projects in the U.S. and reduce the environmental impact of the electricity we use. By purchasing renewable energy credits (RECs) from Renewable Choice, Velocity is taking responsibility for the emissions generated from its electricity use and helping change the way energy is produced in the USA.  The purchase of over 800,000 kWh of American Wind REC’s helps to avoid up to 906,277 lbs. (411 metric tons) of carbon dioxide emissions from being emitted into the atmosphere. This commitment has a similar impact as:

• Planting  10.541 tree seedlings grown for ten years or
• The Removal of 87 passenger vehicles from the road for a year
