Strategic Planning & Sales Tracks to Be Featured at AMSP/NAPL/NAQP Executive Leadership Summit

Press release from the issuing company

Dedicated sessions at the Jan. 19-21 conference in Las Vegas will help industry executives and sales leaders develop strategic plans and create sales systems for success in 2015 and beyond.

East Rutherford, N.J. - The AMSP/NAPL/NAQP Executive Leadership Summit, Jan. 19-21, 2015, at The Wynn-Las Vegas, will feature two unique tracks on Strategic Planning and Sales that will help graphic communications industry executives and sales leaders create strategic plans and sales systems for success in the year ahead. (Note: Friday, Dec. 19, is the deadline for taking advantage of a free VIP Package Upgrade offer.)

The step-by-step Strategic Planning Track will help anyone in an executive management position learn how to build a strategic plan for their business, from understanding the need for planning to getting the right planning tools, building a planning framework, and determining opportunities available for transforming a business model.

“Success begins with a solid business blueprint, and the Executive Leadership Summit’s Strategic Planning Track offers printing, mailing, and fulfillment executives a five-session immersion course in strategic planning,” says AMSP/NAPL/NAQP Chief Operating Officer J. Kenneth Garner. “If you have ever struggled with planning or wanted to make the planning process less stressful, this track will give you the tools you need to create a 2015 plan that will meet your current business needs and prepare you for future possibilities.”

Led by sales expert Bill Farquharson, the conference Sales Track will provide sales executives and managers with a roadmap for creating a sales development system that will help them set, meet, and even exceed their 2015 sales goals. The track includes sessions on finding sales personnel for today’s industry needs, setting salespeople up for success, creating the best sales environment, and building an effective sales team.

The two-and-a-half day Executive Leadership Conference, the industry’s ultimate thought leadership conference for printers, mailers, fulfillment, and marketing service providers, will be co-located with EFI Connect, Jan. 20-23. Both conferences will share some informative sessions and networking social events that will be open to all Executive Leadership Conference attendees.

The conference will also feature two informative sessions on fulfillment automation strategies and product options for growing a fulfillment business, as well as a number of general sessions on leadership, marketing, and business transformation, and a State of the Industry report from AMSP/NAPL/NAQP Senior Vice President and Chief Economist Andrew Paparozzi.

There will also be two general sessions on postal and mailing issues: AMSP/NAPL/NAQP postal expert Leo Raymond will offer a Postal and Legislative Update and a U.S. Postal Service representative will present a Postal Service Update, a brief review of current U.S. Postal Service strategies.

Association members who register for the Executive Leadership Summit by Dec. 19, 2014, will also receive complimentary admission to the full EFI Connect conference and the Summit’s Executive Leadership Luncheon, featuring Jonathan Margulies of The Winterberry Group on “Lessons Learned: What a Decade of Disruption Tells Us.” Margulies will also moderate an Executive Leadership Roundtable, where business leaders will discuss their biggest challenges and how they are reinventing their companies to move forward.

Basic registration for the Summit is $950 (additional registrants $650 each). Registration for the VIP Package (including admission to EFI Connect, the Executive Leadership Luncheon and Roundtable) is $1,150 (additional registrants $850 each). A spouse/guest program registration is just $250. Association members who register by Dec. 19 receive a free VIP package upgrade.

The conference group rate at The Wynn-Las Vegas is sold out for the nights of Jan. 21 and 22, but additional rooms have been secured at the nearby Trump International Hotel at the rate of $149 per night plus tax. The Trump International is a smoke-free, non-gaming four-diamond hotel less than half a mile from The Wynn Las Vegas.Reservations must be made through the conference registration site, not by contacting The Trump International or The Wynn directly.
