Tim Wild Retires from GPA, Successor Named for Pacific Northwest

Chicago, IL – GPA announces that Tim Wild, GPA’s Territory Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest, will be retiring after a successful and wide-ranging career in the graphic arts industry effective November 7. Tim has been a valuable member of the GPA team for the past four years and was named GPA’s 2012Sales Professional of the Year for going beyond the call of duty. His colleagues and undoubtedly many customers will greatly miss Tim’s leadership, professionalism, and customer-oriented focus. The GPA team is excited for him to take this next step, as he transitions to his new life of leisure spending more time with family, traveling, and boating.

"I feel lucky. GPA is a great place to work – always willing to go the extra distance to take care of customers. GPA was equally good at taking care of me these past four years. I will miss working with the wonderful GPA crew, but look forward to the nextadventures that lie ahead," said Tim regarding his time with GPA.

Tim’s successor is a perfect fit to continue his tradition of providing knowledgeable and attentive service. Kim Kotel has accepted the role of GPA’s Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest. Prior to Tim’s arrival at GPA, Kim spent more than a year servicing GPA’s customers in that region, and she is excited to return to service the wonderful people there. Kim has been with GPA since 2003 helping customers grow their business and providing personalized substrate solutions. Kim’s knowledge and enthusiasm will complement the level of service that Tim has established over the years.

Kim will be working closely with Tim and Jim Bender, GPA’s West Region Area Vice President, over the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition. Kim’s current responsibilities with the GPA team will be revamped slightly and incorporated into her new role, so GPA’s customers can be confident in receiving the best service.

"I am very excited to be back in the Pacific Northwest continuing to share GPA's service, expertise and market knowledge. I am confident we will help to expand our customers' businesses and assist them in capturing new opportunities," Kim shared.
