Drytac announces availability of ReTac 75 ‘permanently peelable’ film for wall graphic applications

Press release from the issuing company

Bristol, UK - Drytac Europe, an international manufacturer of self-adhesive materials for the print, label and industrial markets, has announced the immediate availability of ReTac™ 75 for internal wall graphic applications.

ReTac 75 is a 75µ (3 mil) ‘permanently peelable’ white polymeric PVC film coated on one side with a pressure-sensitive low-tack repositionable Polyacrylate adhesive.  The adhesive is protected by a single-sided, siliconised Clay Coated Kraft release liner.

The glossy film is compatible with Latex, Solvent, Eco-Solvent and UV inkjet printers.  Once printed, ReTac 75 can be installed, repositioned and removed from most surfaces – concrete sealed walls, plastered walls, Glass, painted surfaces, pvc cladding , ceramic tiles, etc.– without causing any damage.

Steve Broad, sales director for Drytac Europe, comments, “The new ReTac 75 film is an excellent addition to Drytac’s range of products. Unlike traditional removable adhesives that all have a tendency to form a strong bond over time, Retac 75 is a new Polyacrylate adhesive technology that will not change its strength pattern over time.  ReTac 75 offers a fantastic bond without the worry of damage to the underlying surface when removed.  It adheres to almost any indoor surface and offers enormous flexibility when working with printed graphics.  It can be repositioned numerous times without losing adhesion and leaves no residue when removed.”

Pricing and availability

ReTac 75 is available in 1370mmx 50m rolls.
