Eckhart & Co., Inc. Expands Print Finishing Services - Again!

Monday, October 06, 2014

Press release from the issuing company

Indianapolis, IN. - Eckhart & Co., a leading resource for bookbinding services and custom packaging solutions in the Midwest, continues to expand its print finishing division with the addition of a new Kluge EHG foil stamping, embossing & diecutting press.

"The summer of 2014 has been very exciting here at Eckhart & Co. In addition to our Kluge press we recently installed new film laminating equipment as well. It's been our goal since day one to help our customers grow their businesses.  Historically, we've focused on traditional bindery services and custom packaging products, but the expansion of our print finishing services allows companies to streamline their bindery, packaging, and print finishing needs from start to finish," commented President Chris Eckhart.

"Finishing techniques such as foil stamping, embossing, diecutting and laminating add value to any printed piece. Used individually or in combination, these techniques transform the ordinary into the extraordinary. I'm confident with the addition of this press and under the leadership of Mike Reynolds and his 35 years of experience in the print finishing industry, Eckhart will successfully expand our print finishing division, increase our service offerings, and provide additional efficiencies to customers."

Foil stamping, embossing and die cutting applications include:

  • Pocket folders
  • Greeting cards
  • Book covers
  • Holograms and security
  • Labels
