NELA Announces a Change in Leadership for NELA-USA

River Falls, WI – Bob Deis has been promoted to Designated General Manager at NELA-USA. He will assume the role of GM on Jan1st, 2014. Bob joined NELA in June of 2000 as Engineering Manager when NELA opened their plant in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Graduating from the South Dakota School of Mines & Technology with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Bob has worked within the printing industry most of his career, including W R Grace, 3M Printing Products Division and K & F Manufacturing.   Bob and his wife Karen reside in Hudson, Wisconsin in close proximity to NELA’s US headquarter in River Falls, WI.

Dave Klein, President, who is stepping back from operational next year, says “Bob has been an integral part of our NELA-USA team since 2000, serving as Director of Engineering and then Vice President of Technology, prior to this promotion. We are fortunate to have the bench strength we have when it comes to leadership. Bob will assume full operational duties on January 1, 2015 and I will remain in an advisory role.  I have worked with Bob Deis for 14 years and he will do a great job for NELA in the future. I’m positive that all of our customers are in good hands with our current staff and with Bob Deis at the helm.”
