This year in Zagreb: Printers from the East and the West share experiences and ideas

The 9th meeting of the Eastern European printers will take place at the Faculty of Graphic Arts Industry at the university in Zagreb on October 23/24. Innovations and trends of the printing industry will be shown and discussed under the slogan “East meets West – Printers for Efficiency and Success”. As in the years before, manroland web systems will be sponsor of the event and offers interesting input with regards to content. 

Josef Aumiller, Regional Sales Manager at manroland web systems, talks about innovations at the web offset business. At last year`s event in Lviv/Ukraine, the experts from manroland web systems captivated the visitors with extraordinary and innovative printed products from all over the world. 

Main targets of the event are sharing experiences and expertise, networking and intensifying contacts and supporting joint projects at the Eastern European and Central Asian countries. 

The InPEQ Forum (International Forum on Print Efficiency and Quality) is a very important event for the whole region that brings together printers, manufacturers, schools and universities for exchanging experiences and know-how, discussing upcoming tendencies and developments of the printing and media industry, networking or intensifying existing contacts. In 2013, 182 participants from 14 different countries joint the event.  

The event will start with a press conference of the organizers and sponsors manroland web systems, Canon, procemex and Kurz. The second part of the forum will once again deal with scientific insights and educational issues of the graphic arts industry.
