BDT Media Automation to Exhibit at Graph Expo

Press release from the issuing company

Rottweil/Germany - BDT Media Automation GmbH, manufacturer of the HP Indigo 10000/30000 feeder systems, will be exhibiting at the GRAPH EXPO International in Chicago, USA. The company is going to present the BDT feeder TPF-550 LT with alignment. The TPF feeder complies with all demands of higher media variety in digital and post-press printing. The feeder accomplishes all customers’ demands of flexibility, productivity and usability in handling substrates.

The TPF-Series incorporate the patented BDT Tornado Technology for media separation, lift and transport. The automated processing of substrates covers media from A4 to 3B format as well as media weight from office paper to packaging material. The TPF-Series feeds the widest range of media of any feeder in the industry -but what truly differentiates the TPF feeders is the lack of user adjustment or user intervention required in the feed process. They have been qualified for feeding of standard coated and uncoated paper stock, synthetics, 3-D sport varnished prints, metallic media and numerous packaging materials to name a few.

The TPF-Series offers simplest handling according to the motto “Load, Press, Go!” Thanks to the easy-to-use-technology our customers are able to increase their productivity. Set-up times are reduced as no material changing times incur. In turn, this leads to increasing profits of our customers.

The TPF feeders do not require compressed air nor do they incorporate expensive to service vacuum pumps. Optional features include a CAN communication bus, a registration table and optional bar code job tracking system. The products apply in digital and packaging printing, as well as in print finishing and print post processing, e. g. in combination with pressing and laser cutting systems.

BDT Media Automation GmbH will be presenting the Pile Feeder TPF-550 LT in combination with a laser cutting technology at booth no. 1177. Contact BDT to learn how to receive a complimentary show admission and see a live demonstration of the TPF-550 LT system.
