North Kingstown, Rhode Island - Toray Plastics (America), Inc., the only United States manufacturer of precision-performance polyester, polypropylene, bio-based, and metallizedfilms, announces that two seasoned industry professionals, Anne Ballard and Gregg Ockun, have joined the company. Anne Ballard, Business Manager, is focusing on the growth and development of the label and pressure sensitive label markets. Ballard brings to Toray knowledge of label product quality and development and sales experience. Gregg Ockun, Business Manager, is responsible for growing business among strategic accounts. Ockun comes to Toray with 21 years' experience in the flexible packaging industry developing national accounts with a focus on label business and distribution strategy.
