Collins Inkjet Announces Extension of Preliminary Injunction in Legal Battle with Kodak

Press release from the issuing company

Collins Inkjet would like to provide a notice to customers of Kodak Versamark printers that the preliminary injunction issued March 6th, 2014, which required Kodak to offer non-differential pricing to refurbish Kodak Versamark print heads, regardless of which company’s ink had been used in the print head, has been extended. Originally set to expire after six months, on September 6th, the preliminary injunction will now end after the case has been resolved at trial, unless the injunction is overturned on appeal.

For more details and information on the temporary injunction and on Collins’ efforts to enter into the print head refurbishing business, please visit the Collins website, www.collinsinkjet.com.
