MBO Debuts M80 Flexible Folding System to Latin American Attendees at Highly Successful ExpoPrint Show

Press release from the issuing company

Philadelphia, PA – MBO introduced its revolutionary M80 Flexible Folding System to the Latin American print and finishing markets during what MBO Chairman Frank Eckert calls a “highly successful” ExpoPrint Latin America, held July 16-22 in Sao Paulo. MBO, provider of the most comprehensive range of postpress equipment in the marketplace, exhibited along with partner KBA.

At ExpoPrint Latin America, MBO featured an automated combi-folding version M80 with continuous feeder and SBAP (vertical stacking) delivery. The automation allows for fast set-up, which is especially helpful in environments with frequent job changes.

MBO Flexible Folding System Supports Current and Future Applications

The M80 is built to allow upgrades and reconfiguration of components at any time, thereby giving production and postpress facilities the freedom to serve a wider range of applications -- including those they may have turned down in the past. The modular design of the M80 is possible due to a structural redesign and new M1 Control system, which standardizes machine interfaces and can be upgraded as components are changed.

This scalability and expandability gives M80 owners peace of mind regarding the longevity of an investment in the M80, already in a product family renowned for long-life and reliability.
