Press release from the issuing company

Company’s award-winning hardware, software, services and professionals brought together to help customers gain greater productivity, efficiency and results

MALVERN, PA. and BOULDER – Ricoh Americas Corporation today announced the unveiling of its Customer Innovation Center in Boulder, Colo.  This unique, fully-operational facility highlights the full spectrum of Ricoh’s production print offerings including its market-leading cutsheet and continuous feed devices, wide format solutions and software components for transactional, commercial and in-plant printers, among a full portfolio of solutions.  As part of the new Customer Innovation Center, the Executive Briefing Center is available to global visitors who can experience the solutions hands-on and benefit from one-on-one consultations with print and vertical industry experts who truly know how to help their businesses grow.

Ricoh’s Customer Innovation Center is more than a showroom or demonstration center; the professionals running the Center are print specialists who operate it as if it were a fully operational print facility – ensuring that they can speak to customer pain points and offer solutions.  Customer demands are constantly changing, and it is crucial for printers’ success that they experience and test equipment, while spending quality time with experts who can help customize a solution that meets their specific needs.

“One of the most consistent pieces of feedback we hear from customers is that they appreciate our ability to truly engage with them.  Ricoh experts are hands-on, professional consultants who take the time to really know our customers’ unique business and challenges,” said Tim Vellek, senior vice president, marketing, Ricoh Americas Corporation.  “We’ve merged previously separate print centers into one location, and are leveraging the well-respected Executive Briefing Center to bring all of these resources to bear so we can most effectively show customers how we can improve their business and how to expand it so they can support new customers and find new revenue opportunities.”

Ricoh provides customers with 170 Customer Showrooms and four Technology Portals throughout the country that offer customers hands-on experience with the full depth of the company’s expansive portfolio.  The Executive Briefing Center, also located in Boulder, complements the Customer Innovation Center by providing a forum where customers can hear directly from subject matter experts on specific and unique ways that Ricoh’s solutions can help improve day-to-day operations.  Customers such as Diamond Marketing Solutionsand Frederic Printing have worked with Ricoh in the Executive Briefing Center and have found success in the approach from the onsite experts.
